If John Craig’s first two ‘Styled By Me’ instalments are anything to go by, then the latest instalment will drive fashion-loving gentlemen insane. With two brand new contestants, a whole new style challenge and a plot twist, this ‘Styled By Me’ episode is definitely one for the history books of fashion. Before giving too much information, let’s get acquainted with the theme of this episode and introduce you to our contestants.
The theme for our third instalment of John Craig’s ‘Styled By Me’ is “From meeting with the boss to Meeting with the boys”, and both contestants will get an equal opportunity to showcase their ability to morph between these two styles.
“Styled By Me – The simpler the style the more significant the man.”
Contestant #1 – Thapelo Mokgothu
Our first contestant is 38-year-old Mr. Thapelo Mokgothu. Hailing from Rustenburg in the North West province, this stylish gentleman is a Software Auditor by profession. Thapelo believes fashion is about expressing one’s identity. He is always keen to try new styles to mix, match, and complement his outfits, and he is excitedly looking forward to the style challenge presented by John Craig’s ‘Styled By Me’ show.
Contestant #2 – Jeadelly Muamba
Our second contestant is 29-year-old Jeadelly Muamba, aka Jay. He hails from Meyersdal, Alberton, and is an Architectural Technologist by profession. Jay gets his fashion inspiration mainly from Pinterest as opposed to one single individual. This stylish gentleman enjoys his ability to pair different clothing items together to create something spectacular. Jay believes he has a good sense of fashion and that versatility is the key to our highest form of fashion expression. Jay also believes that fashion is an extension of oneself, and how we dress tells people who we are!
