News about the launch of Acornhoek Mall has spread like wildfire throughout the Acornhoek and surrounding communities, bringing a wave of anticipation and excitement amongst residents throughout the region. The mall opened its doors on the 24th of October with close to 40 000m² of shopping and dining, making it the largest enclosed mall in the surrounding area and finally fulfilling the long-awaited role of regional mall to the greater Acornhoek / Bushbuckridge area. The mall is enclosed and air-conditioned with an engaging, dedicated food court which will host sit-down restaurants for an in-mall dining experience. The launch day started with local entertainers from Acornhoek that greeted shoppers with song and dance. The mall was opened and shoppers could barely contain their excitement.
